Arsenal squad vs Man Utd confirmed with Mesut Ozil and Kieran Tierney set to miss out

Arsenal are set to be without Mesut Ozil and Kieran Tierney for Monday night's clash with Manchester United.

Neither player was pictured as Arsenal's travelling squad arrived in Manchester ahead of the Premier League match at Old Trafford.

Scottish left-back Tierney is yet to feature for the Gunners in the English top flight following his £25million summer transfer from Celtic, due to injury.

He played 77 minutes of Arsenal's demolition job of Nottingham Forest in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday, and was expected to make a first start in the Premier League on Monday.

But Unai Emery appears to be being cautious with the young defender and has seemingly left him out of the squad this Monday.

Ozil is the other key player who hasn't travelled to Manchester, casting serious doubt over his long-term future in north London.

The German midfielder is still not considered to be a part of Emery's plans, and Arsenal will likely look to send him out on loan in January.
