Arsenal will be without Gabriel Paulista for up to three weeks after the defender picked up a hamstring injury in Wednesday’s win at Queens Park Rangers.
Gabriel, who signed for the club in the January transfer window for £16m from Villarreal, has made just four appearances for the club.
There was, however, better news from Wojciech Szczesny, who may play against Manchester United in the FA Cup on Monday evening. “He has a test today,” said Arsène Wenger. “If he gets through that he will play on Monday night.”
