Arsenal's Alexandre Lacazette mocks Sean Dyche after Burnley boss makes 'cheat' claim

Arsenal's Alexandre Lacazette appeared to laugh off Burnley boss Sean Dyche's claims about cheating in football after the Gunners beat the Clarets on Saturday.

The French forward scored the opener as Unai Emery's men ran out 2-1 winners at the Emirates Stadium in the weekend's early kick-off, ensuring that the Londoners won their first two games of a Premier League season for the first time in 10 years.

But Dyche spent much of his post-match interview discussing the topic of diving in football, hitting out at what he sees as an epidemic in the modern game.

"It’s not about Arsenal . It’s about the greater good of the game," .

"The game is in a really poor state, with players literally falling on the floor.

"I’m the only one who ever talks about it. I find that really weird.

"Tony Adams, when he was captain here. Can you imagine? Do you think he would have accepted it? Do you think he would have accepted it if it was his own players, let alone the opposition? I doubt it. I doubt it.

"No one else seems that bothered about it. If they’re not, that’s fine. I get asked a question about it, and I answer honestly. If my answer does not resonate then that’s fine."

And his comments didn't go unnoticed by Gunners forward Lacazette, who seemingly spotted the video of Dyche's claims when he was trawling through his Instagram feed.

The French forward 'liked' a video of Dyche posted by the @threesixtytv_ account, and also responded to it in the comments section.

Lacazette also spoke of his targets for the season after the game on Saturday, : "The Premier League has seen a very good Lacazette, but not yet the best Lacazette.

"I need to score more goals I know, I need to be more consistent and consistent throughout matches. I can do better."
