Arsenal predicted line-up vs West Ham as David Luiz returns to training

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta could have David Luiz available again to him as they prepare to face West Ham in the Premier League.

He could make his first appearance of the season after missing the match against Fulham with a neck problem.

However, Sokratis Papastathopoulos (calf), Pablo Mari (ankle), Shkodran Mustafi (hamstring), Emile Smith Rowe (shoulder), Calum Chambers and Gabriel Martinelli (both knee) are all out.

William Saliba also is yet to take his Arsenal debut.

The Gunners made light work of their first opponents in the Premier League as they continued their form from last season.

Top-tier newcomers Fulham were put to the sword in a 3-0 win, which included goals from Alexandre Lacazette, Gabriel Magalhaes and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

For Gabriel, it was a goalscoring debut after he headed home a Willian cross, who was also making his Arsenal bow.

He could remain at the back after a man-of-the-match display, while Willian's assist for his compatriot was one of possibly three that day.

Though his first is contentious after the ball bobbled out for Lacazette, there can be no questioning the third.

After a breathtaking passing move, Willian took charge and swung a delightful cross to Aubameyang.

And in almost trademark-like style, the Gabon international cut in from the left-hand side and curled one into the top corner.

Arteta favoured a 3-4-3 system against Fulham and may well use the same formation against West Ham.

The chances of him tinkering too much are low, with continuity a benchmark of his management.

However, there could be a spot for Eddie Nketiah in the starting XI - who enjoyed a breakthrough campaign after Arteta took charge.

The England Under-21 international is highly-rated by the former Manchester City coach.

And on many occasions, Nketiah took Lacazette's spot in the side - and that could happen tonight as well.

Arsenal (3-4-3): Leno; Holding, Luiz, Gabriel; Bellerin, Xhaka, Elneny, Tierney; Willian, Nketiah, Aubameyang
