Arsenal players on international duty from Euro 2020 qualification at stake to a friendly in Saudi Arabia

Arsenal have a number of first-team players out on international duty with Euro 2020 qualification up for grabs and the next African Cup of Nations due to start.

The Gunners will be wanting their players coming back with no injuries and high on form after their international duties with games against Southampton, Eintracht Frankfurt, Norwich City and Brighton when they return.

The Pools has compiled a round-up on the players who are in action for their respective countries:

Bernd Leno

The goalkeeper will be part of the squad to face Belarus and Northern Ireland but is unlikely to feature in any of the games.

With captain Manuel Neuer and Barcelona's Marc-Andre ter Stegen occupying the number one and two spots respectively, Leno features as nothing more but the sheer strength in depth Joachim Low has at his disposal.

His side are 1/25 on to win at Borussia-Park against Belarus with Timo Werner 11/5 to score first .

Emiliano Martinez

The 27-year-old Argentine will be hoping to feature in his nation's friendlies against Brazil and Uruguay.

Like Leno, Martinez will be facing stiff competition with Boca Juniors' Esteban Andrada, Udinese's Juan Musso and Porto's Agustin Marchesin all featuring in Lionel Scaloni's squad.

La Albiceleste will play against arch-rivals Brazil in Riyadh, Saudia Arabia before travelling to Tel Aviv for the Uruguay match.

They are 21/10 to win Riyadh and 11/5 to keep a clean sheet with The Pools.

Granit Xhaka

While his time at the Emirates is spiralling downhill, Xhaka's may welcome the distraction of international football and the quest to qualify for Euro 2020.

The midfielder looks set to feature in tonight's match against Georgia and Monday's trip to bottom Gibraltar.

A repeat of their 2-0 win in Tbilisi in March is 9/2 and 1/2 to keep a clean sheet too.

The English duo joins Aidy Boothroyd's U21 set-up with a match away to Albania.

The Young Lions are 1/8 to maintain their 100% start in the U21 European Championship group stages.

Lucas Torreira

The Uruguayan looks set to feature in the friendlies against Hungary and Argentina over the coming days.

They first visit Budapest against Hungary at the Puskas Arena where they are 3/4 to come out as victors with both teams to score at 23/20

Matteo Guendouzi

Originally called to France U21s squad, Guendouzi now features in Didier Deschamps squad to replace the injured Blaise Matuidi.

With France already qualified for Euro 2020, the 20-year-old midfielder could feature in the final qualifying match in Albania.

Les Bleus are 3/10 favourites to win with a 4-1 correct score is 20/1 .

Nicolas Pepe

The winger kicks off Ivory Coast's African Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying games against Niger and Ethiopia during the break.

The Elephants are strong favourites to kick off their qualification quest with a win against Niger at 2/9 .

The last they played, Ivory Coast came out 1-0 winners which is 15/4 to happen again.

The newly appointed Arsenal captain will take on armband duties for Gabon in the AFCON. They kick off their qualification campaign against Angola.

Sead Kolasinac

Full-back Kolasinac will be looking to get Bosnia & Herzegovina to Euro 2020 with two games remaining.

While they have a back-up with play-off place already, Bosnia have two games left and five points behind Finland.

They face a tricky home game against Italy who have won all eight of their qualifying matches, including 2-1 win over Kolasinac's country.

The hosts are 5/2 to beat the Italians at home with Kolasinac 50/1 to score first and 18/1 to score anytime.
