Arsenal defender Lotte Wubben-Moy and coach Joe Montemurro have swept the Barclays WSL Player and Manager of the Month awards for March.
The Gunners were in superb form last month, winning all three of their league games, including a 3-0 north London derby triumph over Tottenham and a crucial 2-0 win over Manchester United in the race for Champions League qualification.
Wubben-Moy got on the scoresheet in the triumph over United and has been an integral part of a defence which has now gone five games without conceding a goal.
The upturn in form has seen Arsenal climb to third - level on points with United but with a game in hand - as Montemurro looks to secure a place in next season’s Champions League as a parting gift, having announced that he will leave the club at the end of the campaign after more than three years in the job.
