Arsenal are back in the UK following four pre-season friendlies in the United States.
And this week has seen the arrival of two new faces as Dani Ceballos has joined on loan from Real Madrid, while William Saiba sealed his £27m transfer before jetting back to Saint-Etienne for the 2019/2020 campaign.
Speaking of transfers, the Gunners continue to be linked with moves for a host of players and ahead of what could be a busy fortnight for the club, here's the news emerging from the Emirates Stadium over the last 24 hours.
Tierney to Arsenal
It's no secret that Unai Emery is targeting his defence as one area to improve ahead of the upcoming season and this is where Celtic full-back Kieran Tierney has emerged as a prime target.
The 22-year-old has been the subject of intense speculation, with the Scottish Champions holding firm over one of their star players.
However, reports now claim the Gunners have finally reached an agreement with Celtic to sign Tierney after seeing two bids rejected already this summer.
Ljungberg's impact
Freddie Ljungberg has officially begun his role as Arsenal assistant first-team coach.
Following an impressive season in charge of the under-23s, the Swede has been rewarded with a promotion to the first-team where he will work alongside head coach Unai Emery and Juan Carlos Carcedo this season.
And he's already making an impact.

Mustafi transfer theory
Arsenal fans seem to believe they've found a buyer for Shkodran Mustafi.
Premier League newboys Sheffield United sparked the frenzy of messages when they published a tweet which some Gunners supporters think is in reference to the German defender.
Some Arsenal fans think the Blades' tweet which uses a similar emojis as to when Mustafi posts on the social media platform is a massive clue towards some activity.

Take a look at some of the responses.
Ozil and Kolasinac speak out
