Arsenal set for Vlahovic revenge

Arsenal could enact revenge on Juventus following the transfer saga that saw them lose out on Dusan Vlahovic in January. That is because, according to TuttmercatoWeb, the two sides are interested in Hellas Verona striker Giovanni Simeone.

Giovanni is the son of Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone, and has been linked with plenty of high-profile moves. The 26-year-old scored 17 and assisted six in 36 Serie A appearances.

Arsenal urged to make Lukaku bid

Arsenal have been urged to make a bid for Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku this summer by former player Paul Merson. It comes ahead of a huge summer for Mikel Arteta in the transfer window.

Merson wrote in his Daily Star column: “Arsenal should make a cheeky £60m bid for Romelu Lukaku this summer. Because if Chelsea are so desperate to let him go that they're talking about loaning him to Inter Milan, surely they would take the money! Arsenal haven't had someone who is big and strong and dynamic like that since Kevin Campbell."
