Here are your Arsenal morning headlines for Monday, 21 September.
Leroy Sane hails Mikel Arteta
It has emerged that former Manchester City winger Leroy Sane, now of Bayern Munich, benefited massively from Mikel Arteta's coaching methods during their time together at the Etihad Stadium.
Up until last December, Sane, of course, worked alongside Arteta in Manchester until the latter was poached for the top job at Arsenal.
Now it has emerged that Sane was a huge fan of Arteta's methods and has most certainly offered encouragement to Arsenal's supporters that he is the right man to lead them forward.
Journalist Melissa Reddy, who works for the Independent, recently interviewed Sane and she said: "I interviewed Leroy Sane recently and asked him about Mikel Arteta because he was a massive influence on him at Man City.
"Sane said 'he was the one who pulled me aside and gave me the tactical tweaks to better my game but, more important than that, he understood I was a very young player coming with a lot of expectations'.
"Coming to a new country, with a different culture, a different language, at a club where success is just expected because of the money and such.
"On a psychological and personal level, he really helped, he was so invested in Sane becoming a better player, growing as a person.
"He said 'Arsenal have made a great decision for the success of the club and the health of the club, the health of the players involved."
Arsenal offered Partey hope
Arsenal are desperate to strengthen their central-midfield options before the transfer window closes in two weeks time.
The Gunners have been heavily linked with the likes of Atletico Madrid midfield enforcer Thomas Partey and Lyon's Houssem Aouar in recent weeks as Arteta looks to add fresh blood to the engine room.
And it now appears as though the Gunners may have been handed a boost in their hopes of signing long-term target Partey.
According to reports in Spain, Atletico have agreed a deal with Arsenal to sign out-of-favour midfielder Lucas Torreira. In addition to that, the report also claims that talks are being held over the possibility of including Torreira as part of a deal to bring Partey to North London.
Gunners target Reading ace
Arsenal will go head-to-head with Leeds United and Wolverhampton Wanderers in the race to sign highly-rated Reading midfield ace Michael Olise.
That's according to Football League World, who claim all three clubs are keen on landing his signature.
However, it is also claimed that Arsenal are not yet ready to submit a concrete offer for the player.
