Montreal Impact head coach Thierry Henry believes the MLS will find a solution regarding the outcome of the 2020 season in light of the coronavirus pandemic.
The League was suspended indefinitely in March after just two games, with Impact left undefeated to date with a win and a draw.
The MLS had originally planned to resume play by May 10 but revealed earlier in April a resumption would not occur before June 8, with matches then being played in a behind-closed-doors format.
Commissioner Don Garber maintains the goal is "to play as many games as possible", but with the US the most impacted country in the world by Covid-19, a restart of any sort remains a tall order.
Both the Dutch and French leagues have already been cancelled, though the Premier League, Bundesliga, La Liga and Serie A are all still intent on going ahead.
Henry insists all he can do is keep his team prepared for whatever is to happen, and believes Garber will find an adequate solution.
"I am sure the commissioner and whoever is involved in making the decisions are working extremely hard to work out what we are going to do," Henry said.
"All we can do is to be focused and prepared for whatever is going to come our way. We are going to execute whatever they want us to execute.
"All I can do is keep my team prepared for whatever is going to come my way.
"Some people have took one path, I don't know is what is going to happen to the league, we are just going to have to wait and see what is going to come our way."
