Arsenal have declared that the Premier League season must be finished "in order to maintain the integrity of each competition".
On Friday, the Premier League, EFL, FA Women's Super League and FA Women's Championship all saw fixtures suspended "indefinitely".
Clubs were all in agreement that matches would not resume at the beginning of May, with competitions having previously been due to resume on April 30.
The 20 Premier League clubs took part in a video conference call to try and plan a way forward and restart the season - when it is safe to do so.
English football has been suspended since last month, amid the global coronavirus crisis.
Clubs remain committed to finishing the campaign, particularly £750million worth of Television money at stake; clubs will have to pay back the broadcast money to rights holders if they do not complete the remaining fixtures.
That has now been reiterated by the Gunners, in a statement on the club's official website.
A club statement read: "We are in full support of the objective for all remaining domestic league and cup matches from the 2019/20 season to be played, in order to maintain the integrity of each competition,"
"We also fully agree with the principle that any return to action will only be with the full backing of Government and when medical guidance allows.
"The restart date is under constant review as the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic develops and we continue to work together with all stakeholders through this very challenging time."
Teams also agreed on a £20million donation "to support the NHS, communities, families and vulnerable groups".
Arsenal said the move was "fully backed and welcomed" by the club.
