Arsenal give Odegaard and Aubameyang updates ahead of Fulham amid positive Luiz injury news

Arsenal will still be without Martin Odegaard and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang for the visit of Fulham tomorrow.

The Gunners welcome Scott Parker's men to the Emirates Stadium in the Premier League, with Arsenal looking to pick up where they left off on Thursday night after beating Slavia Prague 4-0 away from home to book a place in the Europa League semi-finals.

Mikel Arteta was without Arsenal captain Aubameyang for the trip to Prague after he recently spent time in hospital after contracting malaria on international duty.

And he will still be absent from the squad for the game against Fulham, with Arsenal confirming that he is continuing to recover, adding that he will be continue to be supported and assessed by the medical team in the coming days.

Odegaard, who is currently on loan at Arsenal from Real Madrid, was also absent on Thursday night due to an ankle injury and he too will miss the game against Fulham.

However, Arsenal have confirmed that it is hoped the Norwegian international will be back in light training next week.

Meanwhile, David Luiz and Kieran Tierney will also miss the game with Fulham as they continue to recover from knee injuries.

Luiz recently had surgery on his right knee and has been working on his rehabilitation with the medical team, with the Gunners confirming in a team news update that he has started to run, and is progressing well, with the hope that he will be fit and available in the coming weeks.

Tierney is expected to still be out for a few more weeks with his knee injury, with Arsenal adding that it is hoped he will be back in training in three to four weeks.

No other players are expected to miss the game against Fulham through injury.
