Arsenal give Eddie Nketiah green light to seal next loan transfer

Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah is hoping to have his future resolved this week after being given the green light to head out on loan again.

The 20-year-old joined Leeds United in the summer but was recalled by Arsenal this month due to a lack of playing time.

Arsenal’s new head coach Mikel Arteta has since held talks with Nketiah about his future and a decision has been made for him to go out on loan again.

A whole host of Championship sides, including Bristol City, Nottingham Forest and Sheffield Wednesday, are keen on the England Under-21 international, while Aston Villa and Norwich are tracking him too.

Nketiah is now weighing up his options and it is hoped his home for the rest of the season can be sorted by the weekend.

Bristol City, who tried to sign Nketiah in the summer, are currently leading the way but face competition to get a deal done.
