New Arsenal signing Willian has hailed Gabriel Martinelli and claims that he can become one of the best players in the Premier League.
Willian made the switch from Chelsea to Arsenal this month thanks to a three-year deal signed with the Gunners after the Blues only offered the Brazilian a two-year contract.
Now the 32-year-old is acclimatising to life at Arsenal and has been speaking about his compatriot Martinelli.
The 19-year-old has made a huge impression at the Gunners ever since he completed the £6 million transfer switch from Ituano last summer.
And it's safe to say that Willian is a massive fan of his new club team-mate.
"He has a great future I think," Willian told the club's website. "He can be one of the best players in the Premier League, no doubt.
"It's because of his quality and also without the ball you can see that he is always trying to help his team and do the job without the ball.
"So I think he can be one of the best players.
"I think when he starts to play again, I know he is injured now, but when he starts again, it's about time for him to go to the Brazilian national team."
