Arsenal fans will love what Reiss Nelson did during pre-season training in Los Angeles

Pre-season is very much underway for Arsenal as preparations for the new Premier League season get underway.

Unai Emery's squad have jetted off to the USA for their pre-season tour where they'll play matches in Colorado, Los Angeles, Charlotte and Washington D.C.

The Gunners have endured a frustrating transfer window so far with just one signing being confirmed so far.

That deal was for Gabriel Martinelli who joined from Ituano, but those around the Emirates Stadium will certainly be hoping that the addition won't be the last.

While the subject of transfers is a bit sore around north London, there's a number of young stars who will be hoping to capitalise on the opportunity.

One of those is Reiss Nelson.

The 19-year-old is tipped for a big season after spending last term on loan with German side Hoffenheim.

The USA tour provides the perfect opportunity to make an impression on Unai Emery, and it seems that Nelson is pulling out all of the stops to stake his claim.

Arsenal posted a video on Instagram which showed the winger pulling off some wonderful trickery before slotting the ball home in a training exercise.

It was a moment that is bound to catch the eye of the Gunners' supporters.

The move showed the quality that Nelson has at his disposal, and if he can show more of that then he has every opportunity of making the grade this term.
