September has been quite a month for Arsenal so far.
In the five games that have taken place so far, the Gunners are unbeaten after winning three and drawing two.
The two draws came early on with 2-2 results against Tottenham and Watford, while Unai Emery's side have since won games against Eintracht Frankfurt, Aston Villa and most recently, Nottingham Forest.
After such a month there was a number of players who the club nominated for their player of the month award.
Matteo Guendouzi, Emiliano Martinez and Calum Chambers have all impressed this month, but there's one man who stands head and shoulders above the rest.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been nothing short of a saviour at times, playing a crucial part in the four fixtures that he took part in.
The 30-year-old has scored four in four so far this month, contributing to his record of seven in seven this season, and 16 in his last 16 appearances.
Perhaps that's why the striker is being backed by one of the other nominees to get the player of the month award.
Taking to social media, goalkeeper Martinez has thrown his support behind Aubameyang, saying: 'My vote goes for Aubameyang' with three flame emjois following on.
It remains to be seen who supporters will pick for the prize, but if we're going on the biggest impact it seems that the striker is a dead-cert.
