Arsenal fans will love what Bukayo Saka did to two Burnley players during the draw at Turf Moor

Bukayo Saka's rise at Arsenal shows no sign of slowing down.

The England Under-19 international was handed his debut by former head coach Unai Emery earlier in the season and hasn't looked back.

Saka has since established himself as a key member of Mikel Arteta's first team squad, with his versatility a key asset.

Despite being a natural goalscoring winger at youth level, the teenager has filled in at left-back with distinction on numerous occasions in recent weeks.

What Arsenal need to do during the winter break

The 18-year-old was handed another start in Arsenal's back four on Sunday for the Gunners' trip to Burnley, with Sead Kolasinac still struggling with a thigh problem and Kieran Tierney recovering from a dislocated shoulder.

And the Hale End academy graduate started well at Turf Moor, as Arsenal began the game quickly against Sean Dyche's side.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang returned to the starting line-up after missing the last three games through suspension, and the Arsenal captain was guilty of missing some big chances.

The striker fired wide from close range in the opening stages, before firing an attempted lob straight at Nick Pope before half-time.

Arsenal drew a blank and eventually drew the game 0-0, with Saka limping off at half-time with a suspected knee problem.

But one moment of skill in the opening stages of the first half highlighted his tremendous potential.

With only three minutes on the clock, Saka received the ball on the left touchline with Burnley midfielder Jeff Hendrick at his back.

The Arsenal winger twists and beats the Ireland international with a feint and dragback.

Saka then takes on Matthew Lowton and skips past the defender's lunging tackle, with the Clarets full-back forced to bring him down.

After the game, Gunners boss Arteta provided an update on Saka's injury.

“He had a knock in his knee and his hip so we'll see,” he said.
