Arsenal fans will love what Aubameyang spotted about Gabriel Martinelli's goal against Chelsea

Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang had to sit out the 2-2 draw against Chelsea due to serving the second of his three-match ban for his red card against Crystal Palace.

The Gunners completed a comeback at Stamford Bridge on two occasions, despite being down to 10 men for over an hour of the match after David Luiz was shown red.

The Brazilian's challenge on Tammy Abraham also resulted in a penalty being awarded to and converted by Chelsea to put the Blues a goal to the good.

However, goals from Gabriel Martinelli and Hector Bellerin proved to be enough for the Gunners to take a point from the game, even after Cesar Azpilicueta had put Chelsea ahead again in the second half.

Martinelli's goal was his second in two Premier League games, and came after a break from a Chelsea set-piece.

The 18-year-old travelled almost 80 yards with the ball, taking advantage of N'Golo Kante's slip in the middle of the pitch to finish past Kepa Arrizabalaga.

After the goal, the youngster went over to the travelling Arsenal fans to celebrate with them, he was joined by teammates Alexandre Lacazette, Nicolas Pepe and Mateo Guendouzi.

But Aubameyang has spotted that looks like the referee is running over to join the celebrations.

Posting on his Instagram stories, Aubameyang wrote: "Even the ref is feeling it," alongside a video of the celebrations after Martinelli's goal.

Aubameyang faces one more game on the sidelines before his ban in over, meaning that he will be available for selection for the Premier League match against Burnley next weekend.

The 30-year-old has 14 goals and one assist in the Premier League so far this season.
