Arsenal fans will love Kieran Tierney's injury update from training amid Layvin Kurzawa rumours

Arsenal full-back Kieran Tierney has taken to social media to send a message following his return to training as he continues his rehabilitation from injury.

The Scotland international suffered a dislocated shoulder in the 3-1 win over West Ham United back in December. Tierney underwent surgery, and according to the most recent injury update on Arsenal's official website, is expected to return to full training in March.

However, in an encouraging sign for Arsenal fans, the left-back has been shown training outside, and doing some gym work as he steps up his recovery.

Tierney's injury, along with Sead Kolasinac missing some games with a problem has led to Arsenal being short in the left-back position, with Bukayo Saka stepping in over the Christmas period.

The Guners are also making a move for Paris Saint-Germain defender Layvin Kurzawa, and football.london understands that the full-back making a January move to the Emirates Stadium is a possibility.

Ahead of Arsenal's Premier League game against Sheffield United, Tierney has posted a message on his Instagram account , quoting lyrics from a famous song by Oasis.

"You gotta roll with it. You gotta take your time," was the caption on three pictures of him doing work outside on the grass.

Tierney has played 11 times for Arsenal since his summer move from Celtic, and will hope to have a positive impact upon his return in a couple of months time.
