Arsenal fans will love Ian Wright's reaction to Eddie Nketiah's winning goal for Leeds

Eddie Nketiah is up and running for Leeds United in the Championship.

The Arsenal loanee is on a season long loan with Marcelo Bielsa's men, having signed on deadline day, with the Whites beating off interest from across the Championship for the services of the striker.

The first few weeks at the club may have started to become slightly frustrating for the 20-year-old, with him making his only appearance in the League Cup victory over League Two side Salford City, a game in which Nketiah scored his first goal for the club in a 3-0 win.

Leeds took on Brentford at Elland Road on Wednesday evening, with the scores locked at 1-1 going into the final 10 minutes of the game, Bielsa turned to Nketiah to make the difference.

The striker repaid the faith of his manager by scoring within two minutes of entering the field to make his league debut.

The goal was greeted with jubilation in and around the stands at Elland Road, and the Whites had one extra fan there cheering them and Nketiah on.

Arsenal legend Ian Wright was in the stands for the game, and unsurprisingly he was delighted when the Gunners loanee showed the Championship what he is all about.

Just after Nketiah's goal, the former striker posted a video on his Twitter profile of him celebrating what turned out to be the Leeds winner.

The caption along with it reading "Eddie Eddie!!!!!!!!!" The chant that was being sung by Whites' fans  and Wright following the goal.

Nketiah will now be hoping to make a similar impact when Leeds travel to the midlands to take on Stoke City in the Championship on Saturday.
