Arsenal fans will love Alexandre Lacazette's message following Man United win

Alexandre Lacazette has sent a message to Arsenal teammates and fans, saying that the Gunners can do 'big things' if they work together.

The Gunners picked up their first win under new head coach Mikel Arteta on Wednesday night, beating Manchester United by two goals to nil. Nicolas Pepe got Arsenal off the the perfect start by finding the back of the net within the first 10 minutes of the game.

Things got better for Arteta's men before the end of the first-half when Sokratis Papastathopoulos was able to pounce on a loose ball to slam into the back of the net to double Arsenal's lead.

That is how the scores would stay throughout the second half of the game, giving the Gunners their first win in six games in all competitions.

Following the match, striker Alexandre Lacazette has taken to social media to send a message to fans.

"When we play togther with an atmosphere like yesterday, we can do big things !!" He wrote on his Twitter account.

"Thanks to the fans for all your energy and support !! Here’s to 2k20"

The French striker played the full 90 minutes of the first two games under Arteta, and played all but the final eight minutes of the victory over Man United.

Arsenal are next back in action when they take on Leeds United in the FA Cup third round on Monday evening.
