Arsenal fans will adore how Gabriel Martinelli's family reacted to his first goal as a Gunner

New Arsenal arrival Gabriel Martinelli scored his first goal in a Gunners shirt in the friendly game against Major League Soccer side Colorado Rapids in Denver on Tuesday.

The 18-year-old joined Unai Emery's side earlier in the month from Campeonato Paulista outfit Ituano.

He is regarded as one of the best young talents in Brazilian football and will be hoping to follow in the footsteps of players such as Neyar and Gabriel Jesus.

The teenager has travelled to America as part of Unai Emery's first team squad and was given his Gunners' debut by being named in the starting lineup in the game against Colorado.

After impressing in the first match on tour in the USA he stands a chance of being involved against .

The Brazilian played 78 minutes of the game in Denver before being replaced by German midfielder Mesut Ozil.

In that 78 minutes, Martinelli was able to leave his impact on the game by scoring the team's third and final goal in the 69th minute when he chested in a ball played into the box.

The goal was not only met with cheers from both in the stand and in London. There was also cheers from the player's homeland of Brazil, where all of his family were gathered around the TV to watch the game.

The celebrations from Martinelli's family as the goal hit the back of the net were caught on camera, and the clip is sure to bring smiles to Arsenal fan's faces.

The winger will now be hoping to give his family and the Arsenal supporters more to celebrate as Arsenal take on German giants Bayern Munich in the early hours of Thursday morning.

Martinelli will look to continue to impress in order to force himself into Unai Emery's plans ahead of the opening Premier League game against Newcastle United on August 11th.
