Arsenal fans tweet Ryan Fraser the same thing after he 'drops transfer hint'

The transfer window opens this Thursday and fans are already scouting social media for clues as to who their clubs will sign.

Arsenal have been linked with a number of players in recent months: from the unlikely, Matthijs de Ligt, to the hopefully, Dennis Praet.

One player who appears likely to sign is Ryan Fraser.

The Bournemouth winger wouldn't set the Gunners back an absolute fortune, which is great considering Arsenal aren't blessed with funds at the moment.

What's more, he knows the Premier League like the back of his hand, and plays right wing, which is a position the Gunners need to strengthen as a matter of urgency.

Fraser took to Twitter this week to post a message to the Cherries supporters after winning Supporters' Player of the Year and Players' Player of the Year at the Vitality Stadium.

"Massive thank you to the fans for your support this season," he wrote.

"Also a thank you to my team-mates for helping me through what's been a special season who without them I wouldn't of (sic) won these awards."

The message reads as nothing more than a simple thank you note, and sees the Bournemouth star sign off for the season.

But Arsenal fans have interpreted the message as a 'goodbye to Bournemouth', and have reacted as you'd expect in the replies.

"Looking forward to you joining the Gunners," wrote one fan, while another added: "Unai Emery sign him up."

A third said: "Announce him Arsenal," and a fourth concluded: "Welcome to Arsenal."
