Arsenal fans spot what Yves Bissouma has done on Instagram with Edu 'confident' of £30m transfer

Yves Bissouma to Arsenal rumours appears to be gathering momentum ahead of the summer transfer window.

In January, the north London outfit were linked with a move for the Brighton and Hove Albion ace and football.london were told that 'he loves the Premier League' and would love to play for the Gunners over any other club.

So with the end of the season fast approaching, some of the focus is beginning to shift towards what business Arsenal will get done in the summer following a disappointing 2020/21 domestic campaign.

Interestingly, there are reports of a major development regarding their pursuit of Bissouma - and it's good news for Mikel Arteta.

According to the Daily Star, Arsenal are 'confident' of signing the Mali international in a £30m deal when the transfer window opens at the end of the season.

Furthermore, the report states that Everton, West Ham, and Tottenham have all made inquiries for Bissouma, but it would appear that the Gunners are leading the race to sign the midfielder.

With that said, the 24-year-old may have already hinted that the reports are true.

As pointed out by @afcstuff on Twitter last weekend, Bissouma viewed their Instagram story regarding the aforementioned reports that Arsenal are winning the race for his signature.

And there has been more Instagram activity involving Bissouma and Arsenal.

Taking to social media on Thursday afternoon, the midfielder uploaded an image of Nicolas Pepe's agent, Michael N'Cho, to his Instagram stories.

The post was in relation to N'Cho being named best African 'agent manager' of 2020 and Bissouma responded with a message that translates to: "God bless, you deserve it you really are the best, my mentor," as per @FrenchGoon on Twitter.

Whilst the message was not transfer-related, some Arsenal fans have a theory that including Pepe in the post suggests otherwise.

@eire_gooner said: "He’s coming lads," and "Agent Pepe!."

@BoudjZaki said: "Why not a Guendouzi [and] Bissouma exchange."

@MunirEssa97 said: "We know Bissouma is an Arsenal fan."
