Arsenal fans have heaped praise on Aaron Ramsdale after a couple of eye-catching moments against Southampton in their Premier League clash at Stamford Bridge.
Goals from Alexandre Lacazette and Martin Odegaard gave the Gunners the lead at half-time, after the Saints had dominated play in the earlier stages of the match. Gabriel then added a third after the break.
However, it could have been a different story if not for the summer signing. Adam Armstrong nearly put the away side ahead after just seven minutes, but Ramsdale denied the striker with a superb one-handed save.
It was another eye-catching save to add to his catalogue of many that he has already produced.
One moment down, another was soon to follow.
After Lacazette fired Arsenal in front shortly after that save, the English shot-stopper was caught on camera celebrating the opener by knee-sliding in front of the cheering Gunners fans.
Ever since his move to the Emirates Stadium in the summer, the 23-year-old has been impressing fans with his excellent performances in-between the sticks and some Arsenal supporters have shared their love for Ramsdale on Reddit.
