Arsenal fans send transfer message to Raul Sanllehi following Tottenham's defeat to Brighton

Arsenal fans would have been rejoicing almost all the way through the lunchtime kick-off on Saturday.

Fierce rivals Tottenham were put to the sword by Brighton at the Amex Stadium, with the Seagulls running out 3-0 winners.

It compounded a wretched week for Spurs and their supporters, having been thrashed 7-2 in midweek by Bayern Munich in the Champions League.

But while the Arsenal fans would have indeed rejoiced at what they were seeing from the south coast, there was one particular moment that sent many of them into overdrive.

The Gunners were linked with a number of defenders during the summer window, with David Luiz and Kieran Tierney coming into the club.

Brighton defender Lewis Dunk has been linked with a move in the past, but he remained with his boyhood club Brighton during the summer, despite speculation over his future.

And Dunk got the better of Spurs talisman Harry Kane in more ways than one on Saturday afternoon.

Not only did he shut out the England skipper, but there was one moment during the match that Arsenal supporters witnessed and loved.

Emery on how Ozil can regain his place

Dunk was involved in a tussle with Kane on the halfway line, with Dunk winning the ball before both players went to ground. As they both got up, Dunk kept hold of Kane, putting his arm around his neck, before pulling the Spurs man to the ground once more.

The referee talked to both players after the incident, with Dunk appearing to say on camera that Kane tried to "pull my penis off".

But what Dunk did had Arsenal supporters in raptures.

It's fair to say they would not mind seeing the Brighton man at the Emirates in the near future.
