Arsenal fans send four-word message to Stan and Josh Kroenke ahead of return to the Emirates

Arsenal fans have unveiled a billboard outside of the Emirates protesting against the club's owners Stan and Josh Kroenke.

Up to 10,000 supporters are expected to return to the stadium for the Gunners final Premier League fixture of the season against Brighton on Sunday afternoon.

However, the build up to the game is likely to be dominated by demonstrations against the Arsenal's American owners who have come under increasing pressure since the decision to sign the club up to the European Super League last month.

And now it appears that the protestations have already begun with Gooners unveiling a pointed billboard right outside the Emirates Stadium.

Written across it is the message "#KroenkeOut #FansIn."

The billboard has been put in place by the Arsenal Supporters Trust (AST) who have called on fans to protest peacefully ahead of today's match against the Seagulls.

The AST were among the supporter groups present earlier this week when Josh Kroenke attended a Fans' Forum along with the Gunners' chief executive Vinai Venkatesham to outline their plans for a new advisory board aimed at increasing dialogue between the club's owners and its fanbase.

However, with the message from the Arsenal Supporters' Trust before today's game it seems as though that proposal has done little to placate fans who have witnessed Arsenal go from Champions League regulars to possibly not qualifying for Europe at all for the first time in 25 years during Stan Kroenke 's involvement with the club.

It appears as though this will have little impact on KSE however, who have consistently stated that they have no intention of selling despite supporter pressure.

Recently Swedish billionaire Daniel Ek made an attempt to buy the club, but was told by Josh Kroenke that the American's didn't "need the money."

Earlier this week Dennis Bergkamp, who Ek has consulted on the takeover attempt along with fellow Arsenal legends Partick Vieira and Thierry Henry, revealed the Spotify co-founder had made a second attempt to purchase the club only to see that knocked back as well.
