Atletico Madrid have been crowned La Liga champions for the first time since the 2013/14 season.
Luis Suarez scored the winner as Atleti came from a goal down to beat Real Valladolid in the last game of the league season - beating city neighbours Real Madrid by just two points.
Arsenal loanee Lucas Torreira will receive a medal for his part in the triumph, despite the Uruguay midfielder featuring just 19 times for in the Spanish top-flight this season.
Another man who has played his part in the success is Thomas Partey, with the Gunners star playing three times under Diego Simeone before making the £45million switch to the Emirates Stadium in October.
Partey's move was permanent, while Torreira's switch to Madrid was a one-year loan, but both midfielders have featured for Diego Simeone's men and contributed towards the club's success this term.
Arsenal supporters have taken to Twitter to respond to Atletico Madrid's success, with Gunners fans sending messages to the two players involved.
Torreira's future at the Gunners is uncertain as things stand following a largely unsuccessful loan spell with Atletico - on a personal level.
Partey, meanwhile, has had a mixed start to life with Arsenal, with the Ghana international struggling through injury problems - and has been urged to show more by Jamie Redknapp.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Redknapp recently said: "It’s been tough for him, he’s had injuries, he’s been in his first season in the Premier League and we have to give people time for the adjustment.
"Some just come to the league and thrive, others find it very difficult.
"I’m going to give him the benefit of the doubt because in some games, I’ve watched him and I thought I’d hate to play against him, he’s got all the attributes."
