Arsenal booked their place in the 2019/20 FA Cup Final on Saturday evening with a well-deserved 2-0 victory over Manchester City at Wembley.
Goals either side of the half-time interval from striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang were enough to seal the win for the Gunners and book their spot in next month's final against either Chelsea or Manchester United.
Despite having beaten Liverpool 2-1 in the Premier League in midweek, Arsenal, who are next in action on Tuesday when they travel to Villa Park to face Aston Villa, went into the contest as overwhelming underdogs, with City, who had hammered Watford 6-0 in last season's final, predicted to book a second Wembley visit.
But as Gunners head coach Mikel Arteta proved against Liverpool on Wednesday evening, he got his tactics spot on, masterminding a victory over his former master, Pep Guardiola.
The victory was nothing more than what Arsenal deserved, as they dominated the contest from pretty much the first whistle, with David Luiz and Kieran Tierney delivering assured showings in defence, Dani Ceballos and Granit Xhaka pulling the strings in midfield and Alexandre Lacazette supporting Aubameyang up top.
In truth, it was a night to forget for City, whose hopes of securing a treble this season are now over, meaning they can only add the Champions League crown to the Carabao Cup they lifted back in February.
After being beaten in an FA Cup semi-final the last thing you would want to do, you would have thought, is hang around waiting for the opposition to return to their respective dressing room.
That, however, is exactly what Manchester City winger Bernardo Silva did - and for one reason in particular.
The Portuguese star, who was an unused substitute by Guardiola, was captured on camera waiting for Arsenal youngster Bukayo Saka, who also didn't make it onto the pitch at Wembley, to return down the tunnel and head back to the dressing room.
The former Monaco man's reason for that was because he was desperate to lay his hands on Saka's shirt.
A video shared on social media shows Silva patiently waiting for Saka to trudge back down the tunnel and take his shirt.
Saka did not seem surprised or moved by Silva's request, suggesting that it may have already been pre-planned between the duo.
Silva, though, soon headed back towards the City dressing room with what he came for, suggesting it was a successful mission complete for the winger.
