Arsenal have secured another addition in the January transfer window after announcing the arrival of Martin Odegaard on loan from Real Madrid.
The Gunners had already captured young defender Omar Rekik from Hertha Berlin and landed goalkeeper Mat Ryan on loan from Brighton.
Odegaard is certainly the most highly-anticipated of the trio though and fills a creative midfield position that Arsenal have been lacking this season.
The signing also follows on from the exit of Mesut Ozil, who agreed a termination of his contract in north London and joined Fenerbahce.
That made the number 10 shirt available to a new signing for the first time since the William Gallas mess in 2006 and many expected Odegaard would quickly snap up the number.
However, he has instead opted for the number 11 and this has led some fans to speculate that Jack Grealish is on his way to the Emirates Stadium.
The England international is one of the best players outside of the Premier League's established top clubs and has regularly been linked with an exit from Villa Park.
Fans have long clamoured for Mikel Arteta to land the 25-year-old, a transfer that, given the finances involved, would only be possible at the end of the season.
While the comments may have been tongue-in-cheek, it's clear many Arsenal supporters already know what they want this summer.
