The Scotland left-back was thrown on by Mikel Arteta with 30 minutes remaining, but supporters believe his recent run of excellent performances should have seen him on from the start.
Sead Kolašinac started in the former Celtic star's place, and fans were unimpressed with the German's performance.
Tierney has been consistently impressive since English football's restart, and was named Arsenal's Player of the Month for June.
