It's been a busy month for Arsenal fans, with the ending of the Premier League transfer window (featuring some sublime additions to the squad) and the start of the new season.
It seems like quite a while ago the Gunners faithful were bidding farewell to one of their own, as Carl Jenkinson finally ended his time at the club, signing for Nottingham Forest on a three-year deal.
The 27-year-old spent eight years in north London after signing from Charlton Athletic in 2011, also taking in two loan spells at West Ham and another at Birmingham City.
Jenkinson spent last season back at Arsenal, but found his game time limited, even with a season-ending injury for Hector Bellerin. Unai Emery instead preferred Ainsley Maitland-Niles at right-back, and has continued with the youngster this season.
But on Wednesday night, fate brought Jenkinson back to the forefront of Arsenal fans' minds, as the Carbao Cup draw took place, with Arsenal picking up a home fixture against Jenkinson's Nottingham Forest.
Arsenal fans were quick to take to Twitter following the draw, and will hope to welcome home their "King" in under a month's time.
The tie against Nottingham Forest will take place during the week commencing September 23.
