Arsenal fans all say the same thing about Mikel Arteta's starting XI to face Leicester City

Arsenal fans have been reacting to Mikel Arteta's team selection for tonight's home clash with Leicester City.

The Gunners are hoping to bounce back from last weekend's defeat to Manchester City this evening against a Leicester side who have lost their last two league outings.

Though, both teams were in Europa League action on Thursday and both responded to league defeats last weekend with a win in Europe, heading into this one with some confidence on the back of those wins.

The quick turnaround from Thursday night's games means both managers have their work cut out in their team selection.

But Mikel Arteta has still managed to name a strong starting lineup with Pierre-Emerick Aubameuang, Bukayo Saka, Alexandre Lacazette and Thomas Partey all starting.

Meanwhile, Leicester are without Jamie Vardy from the off with the striker starting from the bench upon his return from a calf injury, the Foxes starting without a recognised striker.

Harvey Barnes, Dennis Praet and James Maddison all start for the visitors with Youri Tielemans and Papy Mendy starting in the midfield, ahead of James Justin, Jonny Evans, Wesley Fofana and Timothy Castagne. Kasper Schmeichel starts in goal.

The full Arsenal starting XI is as follows: Leno, Bellerin, Luiz, Gabriel, Tierney, Ceballos, Xhaka, Partey, Saka, Lacazette, Aubameyang.

The Gunners substitutes for this evening's game are; Runarsson, Maitland-Niles, Mustafi, Elneny, Willock, Pepe, Nketiah.

The two teams head into tonight's game side-by-side in the table, Arsenal in 10th, one position and just a matter of goal difference behind Leicester.

A win tonight would take the Gunners fourth in the table, behind Aston Villa, unless they also manage to win by five goals.

The last time these two teams went head-to-head, Arsenal lost 2-0, but the Gunners did win the previous meeting at the Emirates Stadium, defeating the Foxes 3-1 at home last season.
