On Saturday, Baltimore hosted both the Arsenal and Everton soccer clubs of the English Premier League for a friendly match at M&T Bank Stadium. The Gunners ended up defeating the Toffees 2-0, with both of Arsenal’s goals coming in the first half of play. The match was an instant hit, with 39,245 being the reported attendance for the event.
