Arsenal are 'one step away' from sealing a deal for Real Madrid star Dani Ceballos, according to reports.
The Gunners are reportedly set to seal a loan move for the Spanish international after seeing his playing time dwindle at the Bernabeu.
And Spanish publication AS say Ceballos has now decided on a switch to the Premier League, and the north Londoners are in pole position to secure his services.
Unai Emery has allegedly shown huge personal interest in taking Ceballos to the Emirates, which is understood to be a key factor in the potential move.
Ceballos is currently away on holiday having helped Spain's Under-21s to glory in the European Championships - where he was named player of the tournament.
He played a dominant role in the final as Spain overcame Germany 2-1.
Tottenham had also shown interest in him but he now looks likely to join Arsenal instead.
Real are expected to include an option to buy in the season-long deal as Ceballos looks to kickstart his career away from the Bernabeu.
AC Milan have also been linked with a move for his services.
Ceballos made his La Liga debut at Real Betis and made 105 appearances before leaving for Real in 2017.
In all, he has scored five goals in 56 matches for Los Blancos.
