England U21 manager Aidy Boothroyd has named his squad for the upcoming European qualifiers.
The young lions take on Kosovo and Austria as they look to book their place in the finals of the competition.
Four Chelsea players join three from Arsenal and two Spurs men in being named in the squad ahead of the games.
After being left out of the senior squad, Callum Hudson-Odoi will play for the U21s and is joined by Chelsea teammates Marc Guehi, Reece James and Conor Gallagher.
Another player who would have been hoping to be named in the senior squad is Arsenal wideman Bukayo Saka, but the 18-year-old will again have to settle for a place in the U21s.
Fellow Arsenal players, Reiss Nelson and Eddie Nketiah have also been named in the squad.
For Tottenham, both Ryan Sessegnon and Oliver Skipp will be hoping to make an impression for the young lions ahead of what could be a big season for them at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The games against Kosovo and Austria will be the first taste of international football for the players since before lockdown.
England are currently top of Group 3 in qualifying, having won all four of their games so far.
England came out as 5-0 winners against Austria, and 2-0 victors over Kosovo in their last games against the nations.
