Arsenal, Chelsea and Man United fans send message to Jose Mourinho after Tottenham draw

Tottenham Hotspur were held to a goalless draw against struggling Bournemouth, as their hopes of European football took another dent.

Jose Mourinho's side failed to have a single shot on target in the game, and were perhaps fortunate to escape without defeat after Callum Wilson's late goal was ruled out for handball after a VAR check.

Harry Kane thought he should have had a penalty early in the game when the Spurs striker was shoved in the back by Josh King, but the video assistant referee decided it was not a foul.

The result leaves Tottenham ninth in the Premier League table, one point behind north London rivals Arsenal, who they face on Sunday in the derby.

After the game, some Spurs supporters took to social media to question Mourinho's tactics after watching their side struggle to break down a team who conceded five goals at the weekend and are in the relegation zone.

Rival fans also took the opportunity to aim a dig at Mourinho, including Manchester United supporters.

Mourinho managed United for two and a half seasons before being sacked in December 2018 following a defeat to Liverpool.

Speaking after the game, Mourinho blasted the decision not to award his side a penalty.

"The same referee that was the VAR against Sheffield United," he told Sky Sports.

"In the world everybody knows that is a penalty. And I say everybody, I mean everybody."
