Arsenal beware! Valencia drop hint after Liverpool and Spurs shock turnarounds in Europe

Valencia will need to pull off quite a comeback if they're to progress to the Europa League final this evening.

Thankfully, they've just witnessed two perfect examples of how to defy the odds.

The Spanish side are trailing 3-1 to Arsenal after the first leg at the Emirates Stadium, meaning that they will need to score at least two goals to progress to the Europa League final.

However with Liverpool salvaging a 4-3 aggregate win after being 3-0 down, and Spurs squeezing their way into the Champions League final with a second half fightback against Ajax last night, you wouldn't put it past Valencia to get a result.

After witnessing Spurs' 3-2 victory at the Johan Cruyff arena last night, Arsenal's opponents took to social media with a message of hope as attention turns to the Europa League.

Of course Arsenal will be hoping that it's third time lucky for the English clubs this week.

A positive result over Valencia will see the Gunners in with a chance of qualifying for next season's Champions League.

If Arsenal can progress against Valencia, they'll be one victory away from securing a place in Europe's elite competition.
