Arsenal April TV fixtures released as Liverpool and Sheffield United games are switched

Arsenal have found out when they will be playing some of their Premier League fixtures in the month of April.

The Gunners played out a pulsating 3-3 draw with West Ham to bring their March fixtures to an end, with players heading off around the world to play for their countries over the next two weeks.

Aside from falling three goals behind to the Hammers on Sunday it has been a broadly positive month for Mikel Arteta's side who went unbeaten in the league, defeating Spurs in the North London Derby along the way.

However, they will still be agonising over the draw to Burnley where a Granit Xhaka error saw them drop two vital points in their unlikely bid for a European place this season.

And now they have found out exactly when they will returning to Premier League action next month.

They will kick off the penultimate month of the season by hosting reigning champions Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday April 3rd at 20:00GMT.

Jurgen Klopp's side have been in poor form of late but Arsenal will still need to be at their best if they are to claim a vital three points.

They then travel to Bramall Lane on Sunday April 11th to play Sheffield United at 19:00 GMT.

The Gunners will be heavy favourites for that match, but given that it is sandwiched in between two vital Europa League quarter final legs against Slavia Prague Mikel Arteta may be tempted to rotate his squad.

Both of those Premier League matches are to be broadcast on Sky Sports, while the European games will be available to viewers in the UK on BT Sport.

Arsenal then host Fulham and Everton at the Emirates in their remaining two April fixtures, however the kick off times of those matches are still to be decided.
