Arsenal and Everton receive transfer boost as Wesley Moraes comments on summer move

We're into the final stretch of the Premier League season and the summer transfer window is already making its presence felt.

Much has been made of who Arsenal could sign as the prepare to bid farewell to Aaron Ramsey who heads to Juventus.

football.london understands there is some interest in Bournemouth's Ryan Fraser as the Gunners' search for a winger continues but they have also been linked to Club Brugge forward Wesley Moraes.

The Brazilian is believed to have turned down Cardiff City in January and have a list of admirers including Everton, Newcastle and PSG, while interest from China has also emerged.

The 22-year-old has netted 14 times and provided 9 assists this season, including two goals in the Champions League against Monaco.

Wesley's latest comments will certainly prick the ears of those in the Premier League who are monitoring his situation.

He was asked about the clubs linked to him by Het Belang van Limburg (via Sport Witness): "I have read all those names. It is of course completely different going to China than to another European country. I don’t know what I want, I don’t want to exclude anything."

"I do know that I once said that I want to go to England and that is still the case. I have always closely followed the Premier League. But I am certainly also open to other leagues."

The striker, whose contract expires in 2023, believes his time in the Juliper League will equip him well for life in England.

“I have learned many things here that could come in handy in a larger league like the Premier League."
