From Sunday 31 March onwards, Arriva bus will introduce new tickets and price rises within the North West area.
The Merseyside Plus Annual ticket will increase from £525 to £545 and the 4 weekly Saver will increase from £52.50 to £54.50.
Day tickets will also be subject to a slight increase - from £4.40 to £4.50.
Three new tickets are also being introduced which will impact journeys over the Merseyside and Halton area.
Travellers within the region will be able to buy the new Merseyside Plus family saver tickets for £10.
Commuters will also be able to buy the new Southport Adult Day return tickets and St Helens adult day return for £4 each.
