One person has been arrested for trying to smuggle drugs into the event, the police have confirmed.
West Yorkshire Police said that one person had been arrested for trying to take drugs into Leeds Festival in a statement made this morning (August 27) at 11.34am.
They said there had also been a few incidents where unoccupied tents, within the Leeds festival site, had been targeted by thieves.

However, they did say that roads surrounding the venue had been running "okay".
The dedicated Leeds Festival Police team said: "Just an overview of the policing operation so far going into day 3.
"A few thefts on site targeting unoccupied tents. X1 arrest for trying to bring drugs into the festival.
"Roads around festival site running ok, weather is a bit drizzly but getting better."
