An arrest has been made after police raided a house in Heywood and found 130 cannabis plants.
Officers busted the property on Bury New Road this morning (Friday) and found the class B drugs inside. The plants were then seized.
Police posted pictures of the cannabis plants, which appeared to be being grown in an insulated room with lighting, on social media. Alongside the photos, an officer wrote: "Our Neighbourhood team have executed a drug warrant on Bury New Road this morning.
"We have made one arrest and we are now seizing approx. 130 plants. #yousaidwedid #seized.
"If anyone has any concerns about cultivation of drugs in your area contact us directly on 101 or through Crimestoppers, anonymously on 0800 111 555."
