A chance to reverse his fortunes comes when he discovers that his cousin (Bryan Tyree Henry) is a wannabe rapper whose homemade mix tape is starting to catch on in the streets of Atlanta. TUESDAY: "9/11 Inside the Pentagon" is a special that sheds some light on what happened after American Airlines Flight 77 slammed into the U.S. Department of Defense headquarters. Included: Accounts from survivors and first responders. 8 p.m., PBS.
TUESDAY: From filmmaker Ava DuVernay ("Selma") comes the compelling new drama series "Queen Sugar." It follows three estranged siblings in Louisiana who, after a family tragedy, reunite to run the family's ailing sugarcane farm. 10 p.m., OWN.
WEDNESDAY: Ready for more masked mayhem? "Lucha Underground" returns with more over-the-top characters, intense rivalries and bone-crunching wrestling moves. 8 p.m., El Rey Network.
THURSDAY: "Better Things" is an offbeat new comedy series that focuses on a weary single parent and working actor (Pamela Adlon) with no filter. She's mom, dad, referee and cop to three hard-to-corral daughters. 10 p.m., FX.
FRIDAY: The drama series "Quarry" tells the story of Mac Conway (Logan Marshall-Green), a Marine who returns home from Vietnam and is drawn into a tangled web of killing and corruption. It's based on the novels of Max Allan Collins. 10 p.m., Cinemax.
SATURDAY: Looking to veg out with some lighthearted weekend fare? "Girl in the Box" isn't it. The film focuses on a female hitchhiker who is abducted by a couple, held captive and tortured. 8 p.m., Lifetime.
