Around 100 firefighters brought a large house fire under control in Notting Hill in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Fifteen fire engines were called to Oxford Gardens after a blaze broke out in a detached house that had been converted into flats.
Part of the first floor and roof were damaged, along with half of the second floor and a mezzanine. There were no reports of any injuries.

Station Commander Duncan Rees, who was at the scene, said: “Crews worked hard to bring the fire under control in the early hours of this morning.
“One of the Brigade’s 32-metre turntable ladders was used as a water tower to tackle the flames from above.
“We asked the public to avoid the area where possible as we worked to bring the incident safely under control.”
The London Fire Brigade said it was first called at 2.52am, with firefighters from Wembley, Acton, Hammersmith, Kensington, Paddington and nearby stations attending.
The fire was under control by 6.12am. The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
