If you have some last-minute Christmas shopping to get done, then fear not - the Arndale Centre is open on Christmas Eve.
With the UK still seeing soaring rates of Covid infections, plans are in place to help keep shoppers safe while browsing the stores, in line with government guidelines.
Under Plan B Covid restrictions, shoppers will have to wear a face mask while indoors.
This has been the case since November, in line with government guidance.

The Arndale Centre's Facebook page read: "A face covering is now required during your visit to Manchester Arndale and should be worn in shops, on the mall, in customer facilities and in our Food Court unless seated.
"Restaurants, cafés and other hospitality venues are exempt from the new regulations; however, individual venues may have their own policy in place.
"Please be kind to each other and our teams and remember that some people may be medically exempt."
The government recommends taking a lateral flow test before heading out this Christmas, to help curb rising Omicron cases.
If you have any Covid symptoms, you should take a PCR test and self isolate.
On Monday 20, Tuesday 21, Wednesday 22 and Thursday 23 shops will be open from 8am to 8pm.
On Friday 24 December, the Arndale shops will be open from 9am to 5pm.
The centre advises that, due to the pandemic, a block of toilets may be closed for a deep clean at any one time. If you arrive to find a facility closed, signage will direct you to the nearest available one.
The multi-faith prayer room is also closed until further notice due to Covid.
