Army men play cricket in sub-zero temperature

JAMMU: Amid chilling cold in sub-zero temperature, valiant soldiers of the Army stole the show at the time of India-Australia cricket near Galwan valley when they exhibited their grit and zeal by organizing a cricket contest with great enthusiasm.

Battling the bone-numbing cold, Indian Army personnel are seen — their pictures were shared by Fire and Fury Corps Ladakh based Army establishment — playing cricket, cold failing to deter spirits.

Army said, "Patiala Brigade of Trishul Division organised a cricket competition in extreme high altitude area near Galwan Valley in sub-zero temperatures with full enthusiasm and zeal."
