Chicago police are warning residents of three armed robberies reported in December in South Side neighborhoods.
In each incident, one or two males approached male victims, flashed a handgun and demanded property, according to community alert from Chicago police.
These robberies happened between 5 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. :
- Dec. 8 in the 9300 block of South Halsted Street;
- Dec. 9 in the 8700 block of South Carpenter Street; and
- Dec. 18 in the 9500 block of South Halsted Street.
