Armed police swarmed a residential street in Old Swan today as a heavy police presence descended on the area.
Images shared with the ECHO show a number of police vehicles, including Matrix vans, parked outside an address on Baden Road, Old Swan.
Armed officers were also seen working in an alleyway off Baden Road.

The force's dogs unit also appeared to be present, with armoured public order vehicles parked on the terraced street.
Vehicles remained outside the address at around 3pm today, with two Matrix vans, two public order vans, a dog unit vehicle and a police car all spotted at the scene.
Merseyside Police was approached for comment.
