Armed police have locked down a street in the east end of Glasgow.
Cops were scrambled to Braidfauld Street off London Road earlier this morning, in an incident the force say relates to 'an ongoing police enquiry'.
When asked for comment by Glasgow Live no further detail was given by the police.
A Police Scotland spokesperson told Glasgow Live: "Police activity which includes firearms being present at Braidfauld Street, Tollcross is in relation to an ongoing police enquiry.
"There is nothing further at this time."
